Norner have the following equipment available

  • Windmöller & Hölscher (2000), 3 layer coex, output 120 – 200kg/h, 50/60/50mm extruders with 30D barrier screws, corona treating, reversing haul-off, chilled cooling air, thickness profile measurement, back to back winder.
  • Dr.Collin small scale blown film line (2007), sample size from 0.5kg, double hopper, Fecon monitoring software. Test mechanical properties, gels level etc.
  • PLASTIK - Maschinenbau GmgH Cast Film Line, a cast film line for film and foil of 0,01 - 1mm. Giving excellent optical properties. Barrier screw Ø30mm, Die dimension 400mm. Detections of gels, contaminations and testing optical and mecahanical properties. Suitable for production of foil for thermoforming.
  • Advanced laboratory and test centre for a wide range of test methods and troubleshooting.
  • We offer online request of laboratory testing.

Norner have the following equipment available

  • Fischer w Müller BFB 1-6 (1997) Single station blow moulder with tools of 10litre canister and different one litre bottles with dies. The extruder is Ø60x24D with mixing element meant for PE and PP but also trialled with PET. Output: 7-110kg HDPE, 7-90kg PP at 5-100 rpm.
  • Conair Churtchill desiccant pellet drier for PET, PA and filled polyolefin. Capacity of up to 120kg/h or batch up to 190oC.
  • Granulator for BM canisters or drums up to100 litre.
  • Advanced laboratory and test centre for a wide range of test methods and troubleshooting.
  • We offer online request of Laboratory testing.
